Beginning of March, Meteo France International organized a 3-day study trip in Argentina for Mr. João Afonso, General Director of INAMET, and his Technical Director, Mr. Isidro Ihadua. 

The objective of this trip was for INAMET’s executives to meet with their peers from the Argentinian National Meteorological Service, in Buenos Aires, in order to benefit from their experience as they are slightly ahead in the course of their development project. 

Technical and organizational issues, ownership of the new equipment implemented, difficulties encountered on the modernization path and how to avoid them… The exchanges were varied and fruitful, providing INAMET with excellent guidance for its future ambitions.
